Problem / task: The problem with an ice cream truck is keeping the product fresh and healthy for a day at a time. Locating the truck is something we don’t want to confuse our customers with. When you arrive at the food trucks location you don’t know what is on the menu until you get there.

Solution: I created Scoops as a user friendly application that communicates an active menu so that your order will be ready on arrival. This option to order on the app cuts down the ordering line and gives the customer service they each person deserves. The active menu also explains each flavor so that you are not wondering what new flavor you are receiving. You can pay in many forms, such as; apple pay, credit card and cash

Persona Research

Jessica chapman

About: Jessica is a married women and a mother of 3. she has true family values and a world traveler.

Values: Loyal to her job and family. She is successful balancing her work life atmosphere. Jessica is a social butterfly and stays in touch with college friends and hosts a monthly dinner party.

Goals: Jessica wants easy to locate Ice Cream trucks. She would prefer to have an active menu so that she can pick kids flavors and order before she shows up to the truck.

Frustrations: With 3 children parking is always an issue and she does not carry cash. What is the payment offered at Scoops?

Sara Renolds

About: Single, works for a tech company in San Francisco.

Values: Social, has a close friend group. Takes pride in his work and strives to be the best in his department. Making money is important to him and he works hard to get it

Goals: Wants to enjoy his leisure time when he gets it. Customer service is a big deal to him and he will tip well if treated well.

Frustrations: Not able to plan due to his busy schedule. Wants to have a functional app that helps him achieve his needs on the golf course.
